    Administration Department

    This department serves as the central coordinating body for the comprehensive, systematic, and integrity-driven management of the university’s vehicle operations. Its responsibilities include overseeing vehicle booking processes, planning and optimizing vehicle movement schedules, and coordinating driver assignments to ensure the smooth execution of official university activities. The unit also ensures compliance with established policies, regulations, and guidelines, while strengthening record management and continuously monitoring vehicle utilization.

    Technical Department

    This department is responsible for ensuring that all university vehicles remain in optimal condition, safe, and fully functional through the implementation of scheduled maintenance and efficient repair works. Its scope includes conducting technical inspections, managing repair works internally or through authorized vendors, and enforcing quality control over all maintenance activities. The unit also plays a strategic role in maintaining technical records and planning the lifecycle of vehicle assets to ensure operational efficiency and long-term sustainability.
